CMS, CSME and WiECD are excited to present Mech Night, an industry panel all about uncovering what it means to be a MECHanical and MECHatronics Engineer.

Learn all about roles and pathways, real life applications of what you study, transition from uni to the workplace, and graduate and vacation opportunities. With the bonus of free pizza and logbook hours!

We have industry speakers from Water Corporation, WarpForge and Woodside to share their experiences with you!

Fun fact: Blue and purple variants of the posters were used for CMS and WiECD's advertising.

With free pizza and logbook hours as a bonus, we want you at this networking night to build your connections to access job opportunities and gain a different perspective of the industry.

Not confident in your networking skills? Don't worry.

At 6pm, before the networking event, we will have a short networking masterclass presented by Kym from Engineers Australia so you can make the most efficient use of your time this night.

AGM 2020

Join us for CSME's first Annual General Meeting (AGM)! We will be holding it in 204.120 (room change) in Engineering General Facilities on Wednesday, Sep 23 at 6pm so mark it down on your calendars.

We will be reviewing our first full year as a club, our constitution, the club going forward, and an election of the 2021 committee.

For those that are unable to come in person, we will open a channel on our Discord server where you can listen in. If you're interested in being involved in the club come join us and get your voice heard.

Mechatronics Consulting Panel

BHP Online Networking Event

A collaborative event with EWB, IEEE, CRoC, CCEA, IET, WiECD, CEC, ACES and SPE to gain insight from BHP about how the industry is tackling the issues that arise from COVID-19.

This event doubled as a test on the transition to online events in light of the pandemic.
